Rates

Loos & Boukema advocaten assists both private people as well as companies. For private people it applies that you can be assisted on a legal aid basis or payment basis. If you qualify for legal aid, we will request this for you. However, in that case you do owe an own contribution and the amount depends on your income. Furthermore, you must take into account that you must pay (reduced) court fees and other legal costs in case of legal proceedings. If you do not qualify for legal aid, we will charge you for our work. Below you will find our standard rates, these might vary, depending on the complexity of the case. Next to that, we also consider your income.

For private people who do not qualify for legal aid or for companies we charge the following hourly rates:

• Private and family law: € 140.00 – € 190.00 excluding VAT.

• Employment law: € 225.00 including VAT for private people and € 225.00 excluding VAT for companies.

• Real estate law: € 225.00 including VAT for private people and € 225.00 excluding VAT for companies.

• ther cases: between € 150.00 and € 250.00, depending on your case.

We do not charge administration costs, as is done by my many other lawyers.
Furthermore, we are also prepared to make a fixed price agreement in some cases.
